From 5 January, Roketsu introduces two new Japanese kappo tasting menus, available for both lunch and dinner. Well suited to business lunches, client entertaining, and elegant evenings for special occasions in Marylebone, these menus offer a refined Japanese dining experience in central London. Classic Kappo and Prime Kappo are carefully composed journeys, centred on seasonality, technique, and balance. Both menus are designed to be enjoyed course by course, whether at the counter or at the table.

Roketsu Classic Winter Tasting Menu (5 Courses) – £150

Experience the harmony of tradition and creativity with our Roketsu Classic Winter Tasting Menu, a five-course kappo dining experience built around Roketsu’s signature dishes and the finest winter ingredients. The experience begins with a delicate seafood soup, followed by a curated selection of seasonal Japanese appetisers highlighting balance, texture, and umami. For the main course, guests may choose one premium charcoal-grilled dish, prepared over binchōtan, from Iberico pork, A5 Wagyu beef, lamb chop, guinea fowl, or the day’s freshest white fish. The journey continues with our signature sushi selection, before concluding with a thoughtfully crafted dessert. Available for both lunch and dinner, this Classic tasting menu is ideal for intimate gatherings as well as business occasions, offering a refined introduction to Roketsu’s winter cuisine.

Experience the pinnacle of Japanese fine dining in London with our Prime 2026 Celebration Tasting Menu, a five-course kappo dining experience created to mark life’s most meaningful occasions. This exclusive Japanese tasting menu represents the highest expression of Roketsu’s cuisine, bringing together the restaurant’s most exceptional ingredients, refined techniques, and a deep respect for seasonality. The experience begins with a delicately composed seasonal soup, followed by an expanded selection of premium Japanese appetisers, carefully crafted to express depth, balance, and quiet elegance. For the main course, guests may choose from Roketsu’s most prestigious charcoal-grilled selections, prepared over traditional binchōtan charcoal to draw out pure flavour and texture. Choices include world-renowned A5 Wagyu beef, king crab leg, the day’s finest white fish, and other carefully selected seasonal highlights. The menu continues with a refined sushi course featuring the chef’s finest cuts of the day, before concluding with a bespoke dessert that completes the experience.
