Reservation Policy

We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call us to let us know.
We may contact you regarding your reservation, so please ensure that your email address and phone number are up to date.

Child Policy

Well-behaved younger guests are welcome as long as they order from our regular menu.
However, we are unable to accept very small children or babies as it is not a suitable environment.
If you wish to dine with children, we kindly ask that you reserve our private dining room or ground-floor table seating. Unfortunately, we do not have any child-friendly facilities, and we wish to ensure a comfortable dining experience for all our guests.

Dress Code

While we encourage guests to express their own individual style, most of our guests prefer to dress smartly — and we appreciate it too.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation and No-Show policies apply to all dining areas, with a charge of £50 per person.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation time will incur the above charge.
